This is something I did to humour myself, it all came at once and it's really the most I've ever gotten out of the present--all I would work on was the past, and the character's personalities keep changing so it's kind of hard to keep up with that too.
Anyway... I dunno if this is partly AU, I'm just gonna start over for this and see where I can tie things in. Spoilers ahead. Really.
Introduce Rex 7 (important, I dunno why yet) years past pseudo-pagehood, full fledge "knight" (consider the already created society)
Laskre enters town at last, after his journey (perhaps across the continent..?)
pub gossip, he becomes a problem (the odd new fellow who seems suspicious but hasn't caused any trouble)
uhh eventually laskre hires rex LOL? (for whatever reason..)
was supposedly looking for this 'rex' (not by name, but reputation. an odd mission he has, but we have no knowledge of rex's past yet except that he's one of the best "knights"...--need another name for them)
mayor (or king.....damn) summons this suspicious character, hears out his quest. laskre's destination seems to have an importance to the mayor, and so he suggests taking some of his men (a couple other to-be-major characters, rex + rex's pageboy..? look up pageboy dutiess)
laskre's quest ends up being involved with rex's knight/mentor's (leoh is back) disappearance and everyone's past ends up being related to the others (need to broaden on this)
when they come along kilnov and juszrav they learn new information that their (novrav's) enemy for whatever reason... is their (laskre+) ultimate destination and enemy. somewhat of a final boss but there will be moree
I just don't like having endings.

See, here's the thing. That's totally not even Rex wtf? Nor is the description ENFP. Rex is ESTP. He has been for a while. I'm thinking that Azellik is ISFJ. ...Which,.. means that they are perfect for each other what!No. Azellik is like half E/I I guess, but he's like, the perfect uh, that blue word, king. 'Cause he's kinda that ruler dude. >_>
Laskre's like ISXX or something. I dunno yet.
Shabach is like ESTP too... wtf is all this madness, why are they the same o_O But Shabach is like rowdy LOL or something

First time I searched this I got a lot of religious links, and not a lot of results. Now there's a bunch. Still lots of religious connections; christian baptist ministries.
These results make me wonder how I came up with the names. Laskre's results are very, very odd indeed.

My lovely and strange (not to mention nerdy) outline of things I'm gonna talk about to start my story. I'll have research. This probably won't get past first draft. In bullet form. (This isn't the first draft.) I'm not quite sure why I'm leaking this to everyone, either. Even though the story probably has 5 billion problems in it and/or has already been done. ...Suck.
Prepare for nerd-dom. And other kinds of lameness. Yeah the title isn't metaphorical. Sad, isn't it? I didn't want to attract drug advocates. All this stuff is copyright me, even the errors, so don't mess with me or I will pwn you. Wow this is totally all over the place.
Start with definition of Acid Rain (causes, effects, what it is and what it can do)
Move concentration to society and what it's like, how it had been (as in, how it is right now), carelessness (and look up Blobbery article)
Move on to karma, the religious aspect and background of it, maybe a good analogy to throw in there
Tell what it did with acid rain on society (when did the radiation first start), the pollution it caused (how did the humans survive, as the animals couldn't do anything about it)
Tell of the biological changes in the weather, geneal DNA and other physiological defects, etc.
Changes in the genome map, prestigious careers failed to find possible treatments/cures/etc.
These changes were major in animal gene mapping also; appearances were greatly affected, bone structure, psyche and the like
Maybe slowly dying out from radiation and air quality, hard water and lack of resources/tools, both animals and humans
What society had to do to survive
How long this lasted (changes in skin colors, hair growth, etc.)
How was geography effected (topography, safe air to exist in, trees?)
What did culture become
Diversities thrust into the same situation, all equally in jeopardy
Governments, opposing forces, the small wars that had been going on
Eventually move on to present day [AR]
Technology is reverted (it was used to exist and then other jobs were too in demand to further science anymore, the shadow of the scientific revolution I guess)
Life started over, simple practical life (but there were those who held on to old values, as usual)
Prestigious schools planned to do what? Did they have to close? (refer to high demand jobs..)
What is the immediate threat, why is the focus on these main characters and not someone else, who are they and what do they do, how is it believable that they will overcome this threat? Or maybe it isn't believable but duh they're gonna win. >_> Or something. Whoops.
Will the threats multiply and/or stack, what's the point trying to be made?

Will be posting updates and information on Acid Rain, an on-and-off art/story project thing.
Ok, for anyone who have asked me (or want to ask me) what Acid Rain exactly is, it's nothing. So far all I have is the setting and era. Kind of a Tale of Two Cities thing (very vaguely so), only post apocalyptic. It's futuristic and yet not, but that isn't important to explain right now. Next entry will be an outline of what I have so far, all prologue.
For this blog there still needs to be a comment system added, for ideas or feedback of any kind; maybe a counter; and I need to get this all forwarded to a directory at MTA.org somehow.
URLs will follow the yymmdd format.
For now I'm amusing myself with some weird layout. Trying to find something hit with more radiation but it's all temporary.
